Pasta is one of the most famous Italian dishes. Spaghetti, fusilli, penne, linguine, lasagna, ravioli, tortellini ... the list is very long. Pasta has always been a great meal choice and it is very easy to prepare a great pasta dinner if you have the right ingredients.

These are hard wheat flours which dry harder than softer flour and give that delicate al dente crunch which pasta lovers demand.
