Shipping and Delivery Policies
At Mediterranean Flavours, all orders are shipped within 48 hours of payment confirmation. Orders processed after 6:00pm Friday, will only be shipped on the following Tuesday.
All our products are non-perishable and will be shipped using Canada Post (Xpresspost), UPS or the U.S. Postal Service (Expedited Parcel) using ground service (which is the lowest fare). Should you require a faster delivery time, please indicate this at the time of your order and Mediterranean Flavours will contact you with the final shipping costs.

Customer payments will be processed prior to the delivery of products.
Shipping and handling charges are not charged on a per product basis but by order (various products constitute a single order).
For products delivered outside Canada, customers will be responsible for any customs or clearance charges incurred. Mediterranean Flavours Inc. does not assume and will not assume at anytime, the aforementioned customs expenses if they must be applied.
Orders shipped by Mediterranean Flavours can only be left in what is deemed to be a secure location. If no one is available to accept the package, and if a secure drop-off location is not available, a card will be left advising that the package is waiting to be picked up at the nearest post office.

Availability of Products
At Mediterranean Flavours, we try to maintain our full inventory at all times. It may occur that one of our more popular items may be temporarily sold out during the process of the ordering. Mediterranean Flavours will notify you immediately whereupon you can choose a partial delivery and receive the out of stock item at a later date (shipping charges to be assumed by Mediterranean Flavours) or wait till the full order is available. Mediterranean Flavours cannot be held responsible for any and all damages customers may incur due to the insufficiency of the products held in inventory.

Pricing and Billing of Products
Because Mediterranean Flavours deals with a great number of importers and a fluctuating EuroDollar, all prices are subject to change without prior notice. All prices listed on this website are in Canadian Dollars unless otherwise noted. We reserve the right to limit quantities.
All orders to be paid by Visa, MasterCard, shipped within Canada, will be billed in Canadian Dollars. All orders that are being shipped outside of Canada, will be billed in U.S. dollars. We cannot accept personal cheques.

When you click the "Process Order" button, a confirmation will be automatically e-mailed to the email address you have provided listing all items ordered, your order total, and the shipping address. Please check your order confirmation carefully. If there are any corrections to your order or shipping address, please notify us immediately. For Canadian orders, all applicable sales taxes will be automatically calculated when the "Process Order" button is clicked. Applicable shipping will also be calculated automatically.
There is no sales tax on USA orders. You pay only the price listed plus shipping and handling.

Return Policy
All items are guaranteed as described, if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your items (which have not been opened) in the 15 days for a replacement or a complete refund. To return an item, you will have to contact our customer service department at the following address: info@mediterraneanflavours.com in order to ask for an authorization number to return the merchandise. Returned items must be in their original unopened holders.
